Building an organization that is trusted and supports the community runs parallel to the process used creating cheese. Time, quality ingredients and truth in vision is how Grande Cheese lifts up the community of Fond Du Lac, WI. The cheesemaking process is illustrated as you proceed into the main vestibule adjacent to the test kitchen. An additional installation speaks about Grande’s deep connection to the community and highlights that this headquarters is a gift from the CEO and Board as a thank you to the time invested in Grande by its people. Whether celebrating tenure in the C-Suite reminding leadership of their commitments or small phrases that speak to Grande’s deep roots, every moment experienced wraps you in culture.
The Grande Cheese home office and research center facilitates growth and innovation by providing a unique and creative space for the art and science of manufacturing world-class dairy products.

Naturally integrated into Fond Du Lac's landscape, the new headquarters includes the 87,000 sf home office and research center, orchard, manufacturing pilot plant a 4,000 sf test and demonstration kitchen, and several lab spaces. The dining room is an experiential space, which allows patrons to see into each kitchen and be a part of the process of testing new cheeses and foods. Each zone of the headquarters provides a different, but connected experience.
